PAYMENT, TAXES AND DUTIES

We accept online payment in a secure environment by both debit and credit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All major debit and credit cards are also accepted for payment via PayPal. While placing an order the applicable amount will be reserved on your credit/debit card but will not be debited until the goods are dispatched. 

CURRENCIES AND PRICING

All prices are given in euro (€), USD ($), SEK or JPY. For destinations outside the European Union (EU) the prices are shown exclusive of sales tax (VAT). For a country which is a member state of the EU prices are shown inclusive of sales tax (VAT). This will appear on your order confirmation and is itemized for you as you pass through the checkout.

Please note that we have no control over any customs/import duties or brokerage fees that could be levied on international shipments when the package reaches your destination and for which you will be liable.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping on all orders with the total order amount of € 200, $ 210, 2000 SEK, 25 000 JPY and above. 

For orders with order vaule below the free shipping limit the following shipping fee´s will be applied:

Shipping to the European Union, Norway and Switzerland: €20.00
Shipping to Japan: €22.00
Shipping to South Korea: €22.00
Shipping to the US: €20.00
Shipping to Sweden: €10.00
Shipping to the rest of the world: €30.00

All shipping prices are irrespective of quantity.

DELIVERY TIMES AND SHIPPING SERVICE

Stock permitting, all orders placed are usually shipped within 2 working days. Orders are shipped with Express Service by UPS. When your order is dispatched you will be sent a tracking number and a link to track you order.

Whilst we have no control over the delivery to you, indicative timings are as follows:

Sweden: 1–2 working days
European Union, Norway and Switzerland: 1–2 working days
Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand: 2–3 working days
USA: 1–2 working days
Rest of the world: 3–4 working days

We will ship your purchase to all worldwide destinations subject to UPS delivery availability. If your country is missing just let us know and we’ll add it to the list.

SHIPMENTS TO CHINA

Regulations for Personal Shipments.

Personal effects are limited to unaccompanied baggage or commodity sent to private individual with reasonable quantity for personal use. Value threshold: Less than CNY1,000(USD153). If shipment contains only one item, it still can be cleared as personal effects even if the value is over CNY 1,000 (USD 153). However, customs reserves the right to approve the importation or return to origin.

 

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days after receiving the delivery. All items must be returned unused in it´s original packaging. 

How to Return

  1. Place the items that you want to return in the original package
  2. Fill out the return form, put it in the box and attach the UPS return label on top of the box
  3. Schedule a pick-up through UPS.com or leave the parcel at your closest UPS access point.

If you live outside of the EU, please contact us on info@3-3-20.com to receive a pro-forma for your return. Print three copies of the pro-forma and give them to UPS when you drop off your package.

Please retain a copy of your return receipt from UPS in case anything should happen during the return process. For more information about UPS services and access points, please visit ups.com.
